·We will send you a welcome email that will include instructions on how to board with us. 

•  Includes an invoice link to a one time $50 fee

 for registration.

• Includes a 'Jotform' link to fill out listing your basic contact and company information

· Once all the set-up instructions are complete, we will be ready to receive your inventory.

· Before inventory is shipped to us, update the shared spreadsheet of what we should expect; please be as detailed as possible. We will provide the spreadsheet template for us to share.

· Once inventory is received, we will 

· If there is anything that needs your attention, more often than not, we will note it in the shared, live google sheet for you to review. 

We like to also call this our 'Quality Control' step. We get a second chance to handle your inventory and make sure there aren't any discrepancies or damages that may have been missed upon initial check-in.

Once inventory has been deemed correct and free of damages, we then prep according to Amazon's guidelines.

· Every client has a ship day and time of the week.

· We will create your shipping plans on your behalf, we require user permissions to your seller account- we do not access seller central very often, but occasionally some instances come up where we have to log in to SC. We will create your shipment plan through Inventory Lab, so an IL commitment is necessary.
